SHIPPING POLICY

We use a variety of courier services to ship our products. Once shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation. For out of stock items a separate email with detailed information will be sent.

 

Please note that shipping times are estimates.

New Zealand
Shipping is calculated at checkout
Rural Delivery is an additional $3.00
North Island Urban 1-2 days
South Island Urban 2-4 days

 

Rural 3-6 days

Australia
Flat Shipping Rate of $11.95
3 – 10 day delivery

Christmas Shipping Dates

As Christmas is a very busy time the following are some guidelines to shipping times.
Within NZ last day to order is 12th December.
Within Australia last day to order is 5 December.

After these dates we will still try to make sure you receive your Weave and Co items before Christmas.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are sure you will love your purchase from Weave+Co, however if you change your mind we will happily exchange, credit, or refund any full-priced items. Items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags still attached. Please email team@weaveandcompany.com to receive a Returns Order Number. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your goods. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Goods

On the rare occasion that a fault is found, please contact team@weaveandcompany.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the fault.

 

All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
