Returns

We are sure you will love your purchase from Weave and Co, however if you change your mind we will happily exchange, credit, or refund any full-priced items. Items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags still attached. Please email admin@weaveandcompany.com to receive a Returns Order Number. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your goods. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

FAULTY GOODS

On the rare occasion that a fault is found, please contact admin@weaveandcompany.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the fault.
All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
